积石峡水电站压力管道设计与分析

摘    要:积石峡水电站压力管道为钢衬钢筋混凝土管,直接敷设在地基上,钢管直径11.5 m,最大内水压力1.05 MPa。采用平面有限元按分载法进行压力管道钢衬及其外包混凝土结构承载能力计算,基于有限元分析结果,取消了压力管道伸缩节,而采用伸缩管,节约了工程投资,方便了施工和运行管理,其设计经验和理念可供同类工程借鉴。

Abstract:The penstock of Jishixia Hydropower Station is steel pipe encasing by reinforced concrete and directly laying on foundation.The diameter of steel pipe is 11.5 m and the maximum internal water pressure is 1.05 MPa.The bearing capacity of penstock structure is calculated with plane finite element method according to the load-distributed method.Based on finite element analysis results,the expansion joint of penstock is cancelled and replaced with compensating pipe.The design can save investment,make constructi...
