摘    要:提出了一种针对广域后备保护的电网故障在线定位新方法。首先根据故障电压分布快速完成故障的一次定位,再利用广域测量系统(Wide Area Measurement System,WAMS)提供的实时电压、电流等电网电气量信息,运用判别分析中的马氏距离判别原理,最终确定出故障元件。仿真结果表明,该算法可以准确地定位出故障元件,满足在线定位的要求,为广域后备保护的实现提供了前提。

Abstract:A novel algorithm is proposed to solve the on-line fault locating problem for wide area back-up protection.Firstly,based on fault voltage distribution,the first location is accomplished quickly.Then by utilizing the real-time information of voltage and current provided by the wide area measurement system(WAMS) and combining Mahalanobis distance analysis algorithm,the faulty element is located ultimately.simulation results shows that the algorithm is precise and fast,which meets the requirement of on-line locating and can provide precondition for wide area back-up protection.
