深圳地区1 000例体检人群亚健康状态调查分析

目的了解深圳地区教师和机关干部亚健康状态的情况和发展趋势,探讨影响正常人群健康的各种因素。方法对1995年和2005年各500例35～45岁教师和机关干部的健康体检资料进行亚健康状态的分析,并对照两个年度亚健康状态的发生率。结果1995年亚健康状态发生率65.8%,2005年为81.2%,深圳地区的教师和机关干部中亚健康状态的发生率呈上升态势,两个年度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论深圳特区紧张的工作节奏和该年龄段人群不良的工作、生活习惯等因素,均是造成亚健康状态发生率上升的原因。要早发现、早诊断、早治疗,提倡健康的生活方式,调整工作方式。加强健康宣传,强化健康体检,以应对亚健康状态发生率上升的态势。

A Survey on Sub-health Status among 1 000 Persons Undertaking Physical Examinations in Shenzhen

Objective To understand the sub-health status and tendency of teachers and cadres in Shenzhen and to explore the va-rious factors affecting the health of normal groups of people.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed upon the data of physical examinations of 1 000 teachers and cadres aged 35~45,with the results compared to the sub-health status among the 500 persons in 1995 and 2005,respectively.Results 65.8% and 81.2% were found under sub-health status in 1995 and 2005,respectively.Their health deteriorated with years going by,with significant differences between the two years(P<0.01).Conclusion The influential factors consisted of work pressure at this age,life pressure,the computerized working surroundings,improper diets and dieting habits.The measures to prevent the deterioration of health status includes early finding,early diagnosis and early treatment,living healthy life and adjusting working methods,intensifying publication and enhancing physical examinations.
