| 摘 要： | 按“先进、成熟、经济、适用、可靠”的铁路技术发展原则，对近期拟实现200km/h提速的既有线和新建客运专线兼顾货运线路采用符合中国CTCS2级标准的列控系统；时速200km以上客运专线采用兼顾CTCS2级标准的CTCS3列控系统。现对列控方案在具体的建设实施过程中的几个问题提出了思考建议。
