摘    要:文章主要针对新钢7号高炉原燃料的波动及操作炉型变化的特点,寻求高炉对抗波动、稳定炉况、强化冶炼、稳产高产的手段。通过加强对入炉燃原料精细管理以及送风制度的管理,优化上部布料矩阵以及高炉日常操作,实现了炉况稳定顺行、稳产高产,取得了较好技术经济指标。

Abstract:This paper was focus on seeking for good measures to improve raw material fluctuation and varing furnace profile in No.7 BF.In order to realize reducing burden fluctuation,stable BF condition,strengthening melting,high and stable a series measures were taken.It achieved stable production,high yield and gained good technical and economic target through a series measures such as :beneficiated burden,rational blasting system and optimizing burden distribution etc.
