| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑室出血CT值对术式选择的指导意义以及与病情预后的关系。方法回顾性分析93例侧脑室出血病例的血肿CT值，每10HU分成一组，对其脑室引流效果和1个月后日常生活能力（ADL分级）进行对比分析。结果60HU以下与70HU以上组别之间ADL与脑室引流显效例数差异有统计学意艾（P〈0．05）。结论急性期CT扫描显示脑室出血的CT值对应采取的具体术式和病情预后有重要指导价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the guiding significance of CT for surgical method and the relationship between the CT value and prognosis. Methods A respective analysis on CT values of 93 patients who suffered ventricular hemorrhage was performed, effects of ventricular drainage and ADL a month after drainage were compared. Results There was significant difference between group below 60Hu and group above 70Hu P<0.05. Conclusion Acute CT scan shows that the CT value of hematoma has guiding significance for selecting surgical method and discovering prognosis. |
