| 摘 要： | 目的]对新诊断的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者给予胰岛素强化治疗观察疗效。方法]观察、随访、回顾性分析金华市中心医院96例新诊断的T2DM经胰岛素强化治疗1～2月后血糖控制情况及胰岛素分泌功能的变化。结果]短期胰岛素强化治疗2周后79例(82.29%)的患者血糖控制达标,空腹C肽、餐后2hC肽较治疗前比较有明显升高(P<0.01),胰岛素分泌功能部分恢复(P<0.01),4周后91例(94.79%)患者血糖控制达标,胰岛素分泌功能明显恢复,胰岛素用量明显减少(P<0.01)。结论]胰岛素强化治疗后糖尿病患者血糖迅速达标,消除高血糖的毒性作用,可改善胰岛β细胞功能。
