发动机无凸轮轴气门驱动技术现状研究

摘    要:发动机无凸轮轴气门驱动技术具有灵活改变配气参数、较强的发动机动力、较低的燃油消耗和排放等优点,受到诸多汽车公司及科研单位重视。本文分析了发动机无凸轮轴气门驱动技术现状,并介绍了电磁、电液、电气和电动机直接控制凸轮等可变气门驱动的组成、原理及优缺点。目前,无凸轮轴气门驱动技术还处在研究试验阶段,存在响应速度不高、落座冲击大、能耗大和系统比较复杂等问题,尚未实现产业化和推广应用。

Abstract:Camshaftless valve actuation for engines has characteristics of flexible and variable valve parameters,good engine power, low fuel consumption and exhaust emissions,etc.,so many automobile companies and research institutes have pay attention to it.In this paper, at first,the present status of the camshafUess valve actuation for engines is analyzed. Next,the structure principle of electromagnetic,electrohydraulic,electropneumatic and motor directly control cam system are introduced,at the same time,their advantages and disadvantages are given,too.So far, camshaftless valve actuation is still in the research and testing stage,and there are still many problems to be resolved, for example,slower response,hard valve landing,high energy consumption,complex actuation system and so on.Therefore,it can not achieve industrialization and universal application.
