摘    要:研究了新显色试剂QDMOP(2-(2’-喹啉偶氮)-4,5-二甲氧基苯酚)的合成及与铜的显色反应,在pH=5.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,在CTMAB存在下,QDMOP与铜反应生成2:1稳定的红色配合物,λmax=552 nm,摩尔吸光系数ε为7.328×104L.mol-1.cm-1,铜含量在0~10μg/25 mL内符合比尔定律。

Abstract:2-(2'-Quinolinlazo)-4,5-dimethyoxyphenol(QDMOP) was synthesized and its reaction with Cu2+ was studied.In the medium of CTMAB(HAc-NaAc buffer solution,pH 5.5) a stable 2:1 red complex of QDMOP with Cu2+ was formed,which was accord with Beer's law in the range of 0~ 10.0 g /25 ml.The molar absorption was 7.328′10-4 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 552 nm.The method was applied to the determination of copper in water with satisfactory results.
