胰岛素泵与胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病的疗效对比

摘    要:目的:对比观察胰岛素泵与传统胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗维吾尔族2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:80例维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者被随机分为两组:胰岛素泵持续皮下输注(CSII)组(40例),常规多次胰岛素皮下注射(MSII)组(40例),分别对两组治疗前、治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,血糖达到强化治疗目标空腹血糖(FBG)〈7.0mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(2hBG)〈10.0mmol/L]的时间、每日胰岛素用量及低血糖发生情况进行对比。结果:两组治疗后FBG、2hBG、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)浓度均低于治疗前(P均〈0.05)。CSII组治疗后各时段血糖(FBG,2hBG)均明显低于MSII组(P〈0.01,〈0.05)。和MSII组比较,CSII组血糖达到强化治疗目标时间显著减少(12.9±3.3)d:(8.3±2.1)d],胰岛素用量显著减少(46.9±5.1)U/d:(30.5±6.7)U/d]。P均〈0.001。结论:胰岛素泵强化治疗控制糖尿病患者血糖优于常规胰岛素治疗方法,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To compared therapeutic efficacy between continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion with pump (CSII) and multi subcutaneous insulin injection (MSII) in Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Eighty Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes were averagely divided into two groups: CSII group and MSII group. The treat targets of blood glucose were fasting blood glucose (FBG) ≤7.0 mmol/ L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h BG) ≤10.0 mmol/L. Results: After treatment, the value of FBG, 2hBG, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAIC) signifi- cantly decreased in both groups (P〈0.05 all) . Compared with MSII group, the values of blood glucose (FBG, 2hBG) significantly decreased after treatment in CSII group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05)3 the average duration (12. 9± 3.3) d vs. (8. 3±2. 1) d] of treatment and insulin dose (46.9±5.1) U/d vs. (30.5±6.7) U/d] reached to treat targets of blood glucose significantly decreased in CSII group (P〈0. 001 all). Conclusion: Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion with pump is superior to multi subcutaneous insulin injection in patients with type 2 diabetic.
