大型乙烯装置裂解气深冷系统设备和管道布置研究

摘    要:针对目前乙烯规模不断扩大,作为乙烯装置的核心设备———冷箱,其国产化、大型化也会给布置和配管带来一些难题:冷箱的大小与管口方位的布置,其管口的许用荷载,周围平台的设置;与其相关联的设备布置;冷箱的进出口管线根据应力需要进行的调整,管架的支撑,特别是两相流管线的振动;都是在设计过程中要面对和解决的问题。文章以这一系统的配管过程为例,对设备布置和重点难点管道布置及管架设置进行分析。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems in the layout and piping design of cold box,which is the core equipment in large-scale ethylene plant,takes the piping process as an example to discuss different equipment layout and analyze the piping design of critical pipelines and the stress and support of charge gas chilling system,providing valuable references for the design of similar projects in the future.
