中速磨煤机冷炉热风制备方案及试验研究

摘    要:在采用等离子点火系统时所要解决的首要问题就是煤粉的来源问题,介绍了大唐盘山电厂冷炉制粉热风制备方案—磨煤机入口风道加装蒸汽加热器。经过研究核算及试验验证,证明在磨煤机入口风道加装蒸汽加热器并合理选择汽源、合理设计暖风器参数,完全可以达到冷炉状态下磨煤机启动的要求,可以顺利实现等离子点火,达到节油降耗的目的。
