摘    要:介绍了茂名石油化工公司炼油厂Ⅱ套重油催化裂化装置再生器和三旋产生裂纹的情况,认为主要属于应力腐蚀开裂。指出可用加外保温提高器壁温度,降低再生过剩氧含量,使用硫转移助剂和减少助燃剂用量来降低烟气露点温度等措施,减少甚至避免再生器和三旋的应力腐蚀开裂。

Abstract:Crackings in regenerator and the third cyclone separator of the II FCCU in the refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Company were introduced.It was pointed out that these crackings result from stress corrosion and can be eliminated by adding external insluting to increase the wall temperature,lowering the content of excess oxygen in regenerator,using the sulfur transfer agent and reducing the amount of combustion promotor to decrease the dew point of flue gas.
