| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最为常见而严重的慢性并发症之一,也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一,其早期病理改变主要是肾脏肥大、肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚、胞外基质进行性积聚。DN的发病机制现在仍然不清楚,但多篇文献显示细胞因子与肾脏细胞肥大有密切关系,并参与了DN的发生与发展。现就细胞因子在DN肾脏肥大病理过程中所发挥的作用予以综述,为DN的诊治提供一条新思路。
