摘    要:建立一个稳定可靠的实验模型对研究帕金森病(PD)的发病和治疗是尤其必要的。自从发现1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)能在人类诱发PD以来,人们对其神经毒性作了大量研究。MPTP及其有效成分1-甲基-4-苯基吡啶离子(MPP+)对中脑黑质多巴胺能神经元有选择性的破坏作用,从而发挥其诱导PD的毒性作用。在过去的几十年里对MPTP/MPP+诱导的PD实验模型的研究取得了显著的进展,目前MPTP/MPP+诱导的PD实验模型已广泛地用于PD研究。
