基于壳梁单元耦合理论的车身有限元分析及其轻量化设计

摘    要:在梁单元的基础上,采用壳单元和梁单元混合模型,并对壳元和梁元的边界耦合的刚度矩阵进行了详细的推导.利用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了天然气公交客车在弯曲、扭转、转弯、刹车4种工况下的应力及变形.根据计算结果提出了轻量化的方案,并对应力集中点进行了结构优化,利用ANSYS对改进后的车型进行计算,结果表明改进方案可行.

Abstract:Finite element model was built by shell and beam element based on beam element, and stiff matrix of shell and beam element boundary was deduced. Using general finite element analysis software ANSYS on compressed natural gas city bus to build a finite element model, stress and deformation of the model was calculated in bending, torsion, turning, braking condition. According to the results, a program to reduce vehicle weight and structural optimization on stress concentrated points was put forward, then using ANSYS to calculate the improved model. Calculation results show that improvement program feasible.
