| Abstract: | The process technolgy and fixtures have been presented for the fahrication of 330MW vertical head-down type HPFW heater. Some technological problems have been solved such as carbon steel overhying welding on MnMo plate, seal wedling of tube-to-tube sheet;hydraulic expansion of tubes,helium leak detection,cladding welded on support plate,assembly between shell and tubes,etc. |
