摘    要:采用电沉积方法制备了含镍39.3%~74.8%的NixFey软磁合金箔,并研究了其微结构对磁性能的影响。XRD结果显示NixFey中Fe进入Ni晶格形成固溶体型合金。随着Fe含量y由39.3%增大到55.2%,NixFey晶粒度由48nm减小到23nm;Fe含量增大至y>55.2后形成长程无序的非晶态NixFey合金。Fe含量增大使NixFey合金由(200)织构向(111)织构转变,导致磁导率随Fe含量的增大而增大。晶粒度减小及(111)取向相对增强导致矫顽力随Fe含量增大而增大。

Abstract:NixFey alloy foil with x=39.3%~74.8% was prepared by electrodeposition method. The effect of microstructure on the magnetic properties of the NixFey alloy foil was researched. XRD results shown that Fe partially substitution Ni sites on the NixFey lattice. The crystal size of NixFey alloy decreased from 48nm to 23nm with the increasing of Fe weight percentage from 39.3% to 55.2%. Amorphous NixFey alloy was obtained when the Fe weight percentage exceeded 55.2%. On the other hand, the increasing of Fe coursed NixFey alloy changed from (200) texture to (111) texture. The increasing of permeability and coercive force was attributed to the decreasing of crystal size and the (111) texture of the NixFey alloy.
