石煤提钒浸出渣制取建筑用砖的研究

摘    要:本文对石煤提钒浸出渣烧制建筑用砖进行了探索性试验研究,并分析了成坯加水量、烧结温度对试件性能的影响。结果表明,石煤提钒渣制取普通建筑用砖的可行工艺参数为:粘土掺量10%,加水量28%,烧结温度1100℃,粒径≤0.5mm占70%以上,且最大颗粒不大于2mm。

Abstract:A exploratory experimental study on preparation of building brick using the leaching residue of extracting vanadium from stone coal is performed.The influences of water amount added into billet,sintering temperature on the properties of building brick are analyzed.The results indicated that the suitable technological parameters for preparimg ordinary building brick are as follows:the clay-doped volume is 10%,added amount of water is 28%,sintering temperature 1100℃,grain size≤0.5mm shoult more than 70% and the largest particle is not more than 2mm.
