摘    要:以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备一种吸水性高,耐盐性好,耐酸碱性好,重复使用性好,热稳定性高的丙烯酸系高吸水性树脂。文章研究单体浓度、中和度、引发剂用量及其配比、反应时间、反应温度对保水剂性能的影响,并对其进行多种性能测试。结果表明,单体浓度为10%,引发剂用量为0.3%,引发剂配比为2:1,中和度为85%,反应时间为3h,反应温度为65℃,转数为600r/min的条件下制备的保水剂,在蒸馏水中吸水倍率可达1 721.5g/g,在0.9%的盐水中吸水倍率可达131.4g/g,具有良好的耐酸碱性和热稳定性。

Abstract:With ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator,use aqueous solution polymerization method to prepare acrylate agricultural superabsorbent resin of high water absorption,good salt resistance,good acid and alkali resistance,good reusability,and high thermal stability.Analyze the monomer concentration,dosage of initiator,neutralization degree and ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature on the properties of super absorbent polymer effects,and test its various performance.The results show that,the monomer concentration of 10%,the dosage of initiator of 0.3%,initiator,ratio of 2:1,neutralization degree is 85%,reaction time 3h,reaction temperature 65 ℃,speed of 600r/min,the prepared water retention agent in distilled water absorption rate can be as high as 1721.5g/g,in 0.9% of the saline water can be as high as 131.4g/g,with good acid and alkali resistance and thermal stability.
