| 摘 要： | 目的:针对白血病患儿的心理与生理特点,采用无缝隙护理手段,提高患儿的依从性,提高化疗缓解率,延长生存期。方法:总结8例白血病患儿在化疗期间采用无缝隙护理的经验。结果:8例患儿累计接受诱导治疗、巩固维持治疗共58例次。完全缓解5例,部分缓解2例,复发后死亡1例。在化疗期间无1例并发症的发生,提高了患儿对化疗的依从性及对护理工作的满意度。结论:对白血病患儿进行无缝隙护理真正体现了整体护理的内涵。
