大叶千斤拔的药理作用研究

目的:探讨大叶千斤拔的药理作用。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法,0.6%醋酸所致扭体法,CCl4所致急性肝损伤法,毛细玻璃管凝血时间法,小鼠负重游泳实验和急性毒性试验,观察大叶千斤拔抗炎镇痛、抗肝损伤、抗凝血、抗疲劳作用及其毒性情况。结果:大叶千斤拔能减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀,减少小鼠扭体次数;降低肝损伤小鼠转氨酶活性,延长凝血时间和小鼠游泳时间。急性毒性试验表明,大叶千斤拔的小鼠最大给药量为160.1 g生药/kg。结论:大叶千斤拔具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、降转氨酶、抗凝和抗疲劳作用,且药物毒性很小。

Study on the Pharmacological Action of Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.) Prain

Objective: To study the pharmacological action of Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.) Prain.Method:The tests of mouse auricle swelling,mouse torsion induced by 0.6% acetic acid,acute hepatic injury induced by Carler tetrachloride(CCl4),mouse blood coagulationtime,physical research of the function by burden-swimming experiments of mouses and acute toxicity were conducted to observe the effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect,against hepatic injury,anticoagulation effects,anti-fatigue effect and it’s toxicity.Result: Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.) Prain could alleviate the auricle swelling,decrease the times of the torsion,decreased transaminase activity in hepatic injury mouse,extend the blood coagulation time and the mouses’swimming time.The acute toxicity test show the largest dosage of Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.) Prain.was 160.1 g/kg of crude drug.Conclusion: Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.) Prain has certain effects of antiinflammatory,analgesa,lower transaminase,anticoagulation and anti-fatigue,and drug toxicity is very small.
