| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对宫颈癌病人心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法:采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对63例宫颈癌病人进行心理状态分析,制定、实施护理干预措施,并于实施护理干预前后应用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评定病人心理状态评分,应用癌症病人生存质量核心问卷测量病人生存质量评分。结果:宫颈癌病人抑郁自评量表评分和焦虑自评量表评分在护理干预后均低于干预前(P<0.01);生存质量评分在护理干预后均高于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:护理干预能改善宫颈癌病人的心理状态,提高其生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of nursing intervention on mental status and living quality of uterine cervix cancer patients.Methods： Two self-rating scales： self-rating depression scale（SDS）and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）were used for assessment of 63 patients with uterine cervix cancer.We made a scale ourself to investigate mental status and living quality of uterine cervix cancer patients before and after surgery.QLQ-C30 was used to investigate living quality changes after nursing intervention.Results： There were significant difference in mental status and living quality between before and after nursing intervention（P0.05）.There were significant difference in sexual preoccupation and sex life in patients of different education background and age（P0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can improve mental status and living quality ofuterine cervix cancer patients. |
