| 摘 要： | 目的探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖抗原199(CA199)和糖抗原242(CA242)检测诊断胰腺癌转移的意义。方法应用美国雅培i2000全自动免疫发光仪检测72例胰腺癌转移患者与13例胰腺癌未转移患者血清中CEA、CA199及CA242浓度。结果随着胰腺癌患者临床分期的增加胰腺癌患者血清中CEA、CA199、CA242浓度逐渐增加,临床分期Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者与Ⅰ期患者及正常对照组血清中CEA、CA199与CA242浓度及阳性率比较P<0.05差异有统计学意义,转移组患者血清中CEA、CA199及CA242浓度与阳性率远高于未转移组P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。应用ROC曲线比较胰腺癌转移组与未转移组血清CEA、CA199及CA242对胰腺转移癌的联合诊断敏感性达到74.5%特异性达到71.2%,优于CEA、CA199及CA242单项检测。结论在胰腺癌转移组患者血清CEA、CA199及CA242浓度与阳性率大于未转移组患者;可以检测胰腺癌患者血清CEA、CA199及CA242浓度来早期判断胰腺癌患者有无转移。
