摘    要:用盐藻、米糠、螺旋藻粉、酵母、米糠 盐藻这5种饵料类型培养江苏台北盐场、西藏巴里坤湖、山西运城、美国大盐湖等4个品系的卤虫,考察其生长、存活和繁殖特性.结果表明米糠、螺旋藻、米糠 盐藻利于卤虫的生长,盐藻和米糠 盐藻利于卤虫的成活,米糠、螺旋藻、米糠 盐藻可促进卤虫的繁殖;美国大盐湖品系的综合性能最佳,以它作为增养殖对象是较好的选择。

Abstract:Different origins of Artemia from Jiangsu, Tibet, Shanxi and the Great Salt Lake (U. S. A) were cultured with five diets of Dunaliella salina, Saccharomyces cereisiae, powder of Sprulina sp., rice bran and mixture of rice bran and Dunaliella salina. The results showed that the diets of Sprulina sp., rice bran and mixture of rice bran and Dunaliella salina are propitious to growth, and Dunaliella salina and the mixture of rice bran and Dunaliella salina are fit for survival for Artemia. A high reproduction of Artemia can be seen feeding with powder of Sprulina sp., rice bran or mixture of rice bran and Dunaliella salina. As a whole the breed of Artemia from the Great Salt Lake is the best choice for culture according to our results.
