预热器输送提升管内阻力损失的试验研究

摘    要:以旋风预热器的输送提升管为研究对象,按气固运动状态和输送管道的结构特征,将输送提升管道分为气固加速运动段、匀速运动段和弯管段。对各区域的阻力损失的构成及影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,各区域的阻力损失在不同操作参数下所占比例也不相同,空载时弯管段的阻力损失最大,荷料时加速段的阻力损失最大,所占比例超过60%,对提升管阻力损失起着决定性的作用。同时以研究结果为依据,研究了入料点的变化对提升管阻力损失的影响。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of gas-solid flow and structural characteristics of the transfer-lifter pipe, the pipe system was divided into three sections: section of solids accelerating, section of solids steady flow and the pipe elbow. The construction of the pressure drop of the lifter tube and the influences were investigated. The results indicated that the press drop was different in different sections as the experiment conditions changed: at the state of non-loading, the press drop of the pipe elbow took the heaviest effect; while at the state of loading, most pressure drop (〉 60%) existed in the acceleration section, and took key effect on decreasing pressure drop in the heat-exchange pipe. Based on the results, the influences of changing materials feeding point on the pressure drop of the lifter tube also was investigated.
