摘    要:对分离到的鼠李糖乳杆菌L7-13进行增菌培养研究:采用单因素实验和正交试验的方法,通过对其吸光度和活菌数的测定来优化鼠李糖乳杆菌L7-13的培养基.结果表明:葡萄糖65 g/L、酵母粉15 g/L、牛肉粉28 g/L、大豆蛋白胨30 g/L、KH2PO43 g/L、无水乙酸钠3 g/L、柠檬酸铵2 g/L、Tween80 1.5 mL/L、MgSO4.7H2O 1.0 g/L、MnSO4.4H2O 0.5 g/L,培养28 h,所得鼠李糖乳杆菌L7-13的最大菌体密度约1010cfu/mL.此增殖优化培养基适于鼠李糖乳杆菌L7-13的生长繁殖.

Abstract:The culture medium of Lactobacillus.rhamnosus L7-13 was optimized by the single-factor test and orthogonal test using the absorbance and viable count of the fermentation broth.The optimal culture medium was as follow: 15 g/L yeast extract,28 g/L beef extract,65 g/L glucose,30 g/L soy peptone,3 g/L KH2PO4,3 g/L anhydrous sodium acetate,2 g/L ammonium citrate,1.5 mL/L Tween80,1.0 g/L MgSO4·7H2O,and 0.5 g/L MnSO4·4H2O.The cell concentration of Lactobacillus.rhamnosus L7-13 strain can reach 1010 cfu / mL using the optimal culture medium.The results show that this media was suitable for the growth and reproduction of Lactobacillus.rhamnosus L7-13 strain.
