| 摘 要： | 目的分析宁夏高校护生关爱能力现状及影响因素,为制定高校护生关爱能力的培养计划提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对宁夏医科大学护理学院二、三、四年级本科护理专业学生的关爱能力现状进行调查。结果护生耐心、理解、勇气维度得分均低于国内常模。汉族护生的勇气维度得分高于回族护生（P〈0.05）。已实习护生的关爱能力总分和耐心维度得分均高于未实习护生（P〈0.05）。不同年级护生的关爱能力总分和理解维度得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与父亲关系融洽程度不同的护生其关爱能力总分、耐心维度及勇气维度得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与母亲关系融洽程度不同的护生其关爱能力总分、耐心维度及理解维度得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。入学时选择本专业方式不同,其勇气维度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护生的关爱能力与民族、是否实习、所在年级、与父母关系等因素密切相关。
