| 摘 要： | 根据我国目前在旅游目的地形象方面的研究多是定性研究多、定量研究少的等问题,为进一步提高我国旅游调研研究方法的实用性、科学性等,本文以泰安市旅游目的地形象特征感知分析为例,介绍运用当今国外广泛运用的IPA分析法,即重要性(Importance)及其表现(Performance)分析法(Analysis)。以期对泰山或其他山岳旅游区的旅游目的地形象进行有效的分析,掌握旅游者感知的主要影响因子,对旅游目的地形象建设给出合理的定位和针对性建设意见。

| Abstract: | Currently, according to the fact that the less qualitative research and quantitative research, carry out empirical research to enhance the practicality and scientific of the tourism research methods. Introduce the IPA analysis method, using the importance-performance analysis （IPA） model, this study assesses the performance of taian＇s tourism destination image as perceived by visitors. Find the mainly attributes and analyze them. The results of IPA will make contributions to the foundation and registration of taian. |
