| 摘 要： | 自动换辊功能是精轧机最重要的控制功能之一,主轴定位是实现自动换辊的前提条件。主轴等传动设备的位置控制实际上是电机速度控制的问题,结合武钢CSP厂的实际,讨论了主轴位置控制的方法,并介绍了一种主轴定位系统。

| Abstract: | Automatic roll change is the most important function of the finishing mill controlsystem and spindle positioning is the precondition of automatic roll change. In fact, position control of the drive device is practically the problem of speed control of an electric motor. The present paper discusses the method for the spindle position control and introduces a spindle positioning system in connection with the practical conditions in the CSP line in WISCO. |
