摘    要:目的:探索PBL结合CBL双轨式教学方法应用于《外科护理学》的教学效果,进一步提高教学质量。方法:将二年级护理专科学生随机分成实验组和对照组,对《外科护理学》中"创伤性疾病病人的护理"内容在实验组采取PBL与CBL相结合方式教学,对照组采取传统讲授方式授课。课程结束后,分别对学生的理论知识、实践技能、综合素质进行评价。...

Abstract:Objective:To explore the teaching effect for surgical nursing by applying two-trail mode of PBL combining with CBL,and to improve teaching quality.Methods: Sophomores ina junior nursing college were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the experimental group and the controlled group.The experimental group was taught by PBL combining with CBL for Caring Patients with Traumatic Problems in Surgical Nursing,compared with the control led group(traditional teaching method).And students' relevant/relevant theory knowledge,practical skills and comprehensive quality were evaluated.Results: There was significant difference between the experiment group and the controlled group in the evaluated outcoming of knowledge on surgical nursing theory and skills,and in the feedbacks from students and teaching supervisors(on students' independent-study ability,cooperation,and learning interest)(P0.01).Conclusion: Two-trail teaching mode of PBL combining with CBL in Surgical Nursing can obtain students' satisfaction and achieve teaching effect.
