| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨99Tcm MIBI显像在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 对 51例99TcmO- 4甲状腺显像为“冷”结节的患者行99Tcm MIBI显像。患者均行外科手术治疗 ,并作病理检查。结果 1 6例病理检查证实为甲状腺癌患者中 ,1 2例99Tcm MIBI显像阳性 ;35例良性病变患者中 ,5例99Tcm MIBI显像阳性。99Tcm MIBI显像对甲状腺癌诊断的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为 75 .0 %、85 .7%和 82 .4%。结论 甲状腺“冷”结节行99Tcm MIBI显像对于甲状腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床参考价值

| Abstract: | Objective\ To evaluate the \+\{99\}Tc\+m MIBI imaging of thyroid "cold" nodules in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods\ 51 patients with thyroid "cold" nodule(s) in \+\{99\}Tc\+mO\+-\-4 imaging were examined with thyroid \+\{99\}Tc\+m MIBI imaging. All the patients underwent follow up operation and pathological demonstration. Results\ 12 of 16 cases of thyroid carcinoma proved pathologically had positive \+\{99\}Tc\+m MIBI ,while only 5 of 35 cases of pathologically benign nodules showed positive imaging.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma to the thyroid \+\{99\}Tc\+m MIBI imaging were 75.0%?85.7% and 82.4%,respectively. Conclusion\ \+\{99\}Tc\+m MIBI imaging to thyroid "cold" nodules may be valuable for the diagonosis of thyroid carcinoma |
