| 摘 要： | 高校档案管理人员的信息化素质的高低是实现档案信息化建设的关键。分析了高校档案管理人员素质现状，阐述了在推进档案信息化建设的新形势下，如何提高档案管理人员对档案信息化的认识，提出了档案管理人员应具备的3种信息能力及其措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of information construction of university archives management, the level of information quality of university archive management personnels is the key to realize the archives information construction.In this paper, through the actual analysis of the university archives management personnel quality, how to promote the construction of archives informationization is elaborated in the new situation, and how to improve the file management staff awareness of archives informatization process is depicted as well.The three kinds of information capacity are necessary for archive management staffs, and the specific measures of improving information capacity are put forward.It is conducive to the establishment of a professional, high-quality archives management team, and to promote the long-term development of university archives. |
