2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗态度、满意度和依从性的影响因素及其相关性

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗态度、满意度和依从性的影响因素及其相关性。方法 选择我院2019年1～3月行胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者40例为研究对象,采用ITSQ量表对患者胰岛素治疗满意度进行调查,采用胰岛素治疗态度问卷对患者胰岛素治疗态度进行评价,采用糖尿病依从性问卷对胰岛素治疗依从性进行评价。分析影响患者胰岛素治疗态度、满意度以及依从性的相关因素,分析患者治疗态度、满意度与治疗依从性的相关性。结果 (1)胰岛素治疗态度得分平均(67.1±9.4)分;胰岛素治疗满意度得分平均(53.1±8.6)分;胰岛素治疗依从性得分平均(40.1±5.8)分。(2)多因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、付费方法、胰岛素使用时间是影响患者胰岛素态度评分的相关因素(P0.05)。(3)多因素分析结果显示:患者年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、付费方法、胰岛素使用时间是影响胰岛素治疗满意度的相关因素(P0.05)。(4)多因素分析结果显示:年龄、文化程度、付费方法、胰岛素使用时间是影响胰岛素治疗依从性的相关因素(P0.05)。(5)胰岛素治疗态度得分与药物、饮食、监测、复查依从性以及总依从性得分呈显著负相关的关系(P0.05);满意度得分与药物、监测、复查依从性以及总依从性呈正相关的关系(P0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗态度、满意度与治疗依从性密切相关,临床上应加强相关健康教育,降低患者胰岛素治疗抵抗性,正确胰岛素治疗,提高满意度,从而提高治疗依从性。

Influential factors of attitude, satisfaction and compliance with insulin treatment in the patients with type 2 diabetes and their correlations

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of attitude, satisfaction and compliance with insulin treatment in the patients with type 2 diabetes and their correlations. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes who were given insulin treatment from January to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The ITSQ scale was used to investigate the satisfaction of patients with insulin treatment. The insulin treatment attitude questionnaire was used to evaluate the attitude of patients with insulin treatment. Compliance with insulin treatment was evaluated using the Diabetes Compliance Questionnaire. The factors that influence patient attitudes, satisfaction, and compliance with insulin therapy were analyzed, and the correlations between patients'' treatment attitude, satisfaction and treatment compliance were analyzed. Results (1)The average score of attitude towards insulin treatment was(67.1±9.4) in average; the satisfaction score of insulin treatment was (53.1±8.6) in average; the compliance score of insulin treatment was (40.1±5.8) in average. (2)Multivariate analysis showed that age, educational level, payment method, and insulin use time were the relevant factors affecting the score of attitude towards insulin treatment(P<0.05). (3) Multivariate analysis showed that the age, educational level, family income, payment method and insulin use time were the relevant factors affecting patients'' satisfaction with insulin treatment(P<0.05). (4)Multivariate analysis showed that age, educational level, payment method, and insulin use time were related factors affecting the compliance with insulin treatment(P<0.05). (5)The insulin treatment attitude score was significantly negatively correlated with medication, diet, monitoring, re-examination compliance and total compliance scores(P<0.05); satisfaction scores were positively correlated with medication, monitoring,re-examination compliance,and total compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment attitude,satisfaction and compliance with insulin treatment in the patients with type 2 diabetes are closely related. Clinically, relevant health education should be strengthened to reduce the resistance with insulin therapy, correct insulin therapy, and improve satisfaction,thus improving treatment compliance.
