智能电能表状态检验技术研究

摘    要:目前,电能表的现场检验主要以周期检验为主,具有发现问题滞后、检验针对性不强的问题。将以可靠性为中心的维护技术(RCM)应用到智能电能表的现场检验业务中。通过对智能电能表全寿命周期各业务管理系统中采购验收、仓储管理、配送管理、现场运行、分拣检测等环节的海量数据进行分析,挖掘影响智能电能表运行可靠性的状态量。通过状态矩阵实现电能表的状态评价,根据评价结果制定不同的现场检验策略。国家电网下属各省公司应用此技术开展状态检验工作的成效表明,该技术在不影响营销抄、核、收等业务的情况下,有效降低了现场检验的工作量,提高了异常处理的及时性。该结果验证了该技术在智能电能表大规模现场检验模式下的优越性。

Abstract:At present,the on-site inspection of electric energy meter is mainly carried on periodic inspection that the problem is that the inspection information is delayed and not focus on some particular trouble.The technology of reliability centered maintenance(RCM) is applied to the on-site inspection service of smart energy meter.The on-site inspection measures are finally formulated through the analysis of massive data collected from various segment,such as inspection meter purchasing,store-housing management,dispatching management,on-site operation,sorting detection,etc.,to explore the operation reliability state of the energy meter,and to realize the state evaluation of energy meter by state matrix.Ultimately,the on-site inspection measures are accordingly made in the light of evaluation results.The effectiveness acquired by many administrations under State Grid shows that the workload is significantly reduced without affecting the normal work such as checking the reading of meter,collating the data,charging the account,etc.The anomalous situation can be duly handled.The advantage of on-site inspection of massive intelligent electric energy meters using such a technology is commendably proved.
