| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对武陟县农民卫生服务利用的受益情况调查分析,掌握参合农民受益的影响因素,为进一步完善新农合政策提供建议.方法:以武陟县新农合为研究对象,通过调查获取农民受益情况,并结合新农合制度的变化,对受益及其影响因素进行探析.结果:住院受益率2006年-2009年逐年升高,2010年比2009年降低0.24％,住院实际补偿比维持在30％-40％之间.门诊补偿人次和受益率大幅度升高,2010年分别达到292059人次和112.35％,门诊实际补偿比由2006年的70.05％降低至2010年27.75％.随着补偿模式的改变、筹资标准和参合率的逐渐升高,受益面逐渐扩大,由于次均医疗费用的上涨,受益程度没有提高.结论:参合农民的住院和门诊受益情况有所改善,但是实际补偿比没有明显提高,补偿模式、筹资标准、参合率和次均医疗费用是受益的主要影响因素.
