摘    要:为了保证复合绝缘子芯棒与伞套界面粘接的耐久性,应用国内又有近二十年运行验证的国外进口胶粘剂。芯棒应经过除脱模剂和提高芯棒固化度的高温预烘过程后,还要对芯棒表面进行打磨处理,来增大表面反应活性便于与胶粘剂键结。芯棒表面涂约1.2μm厚的胶粘剂,通过60 min室温干燥和120℃×10 min烘烤,使之除去胶粘剂溶剂的同时,加大胶粘剂与芯棒表面接触面积。再把芯棒放入注射机模腔内注射伞套,进行160℃×40 min伞套一次硫化和185℃×4h伞套二次硫化,可以使界面胶粘剂的粘接性能达到最佳。

Abstract:In order to ensure the bonding durability of the interface between the composite insulator core rod and housing,the foreign import adhesive which has almost 20 years test and verify in our nation is used.After release agent and high temperature baking to increase the degree of cure,the core rod should be polished on the surface to improve the surface reactivity for the adhesive bonding.The surface of the core road coating 1.2 μm thick adhesive,through 60 mins room temperature dry and 120℃×10 mins baking,to remove adhesive solvent,and increase the surface contact area of the adhesive and core rod at the same time.Then put the core rod into the injection machine to inject housing,160 ℃×40 min housing material first vulcanization and 185 ℃×4 h housing material second vulcanization are carried out,which can make Can make the interface adhesive bonding performance to achieve the best.
