瀑布沟水电站自动发电控制运行策略

摘    要:瀑布沟是四川电网主要的调峰调频的电厂,如何在频繁的负荷调节指令下保证机组的稳定生产和满足电网的各项调节控制要求是该电站自动发电控制的主要技术问题。为此,制定了1套AGC运行策略,优化了分配方式,既考虑了特大型机组对工况和安全的特殊要求,又解决了实际中影响AGC执行精度和爬坡率的主要问题,取得了很好的实际效果。

Abstract:Pubugou hydropower station takes on the peak load and frequency adjustment in Sichuan power grid. As the dispatching command coming continually, the AGC function of SCADA should meet the control requirements of dispatch center correctly , as where as ensure the generators running in a safe and stable condition. So the AGC program developed a series of operating policies, which meets t~e large generators' special requirements about working status and safety. In the other hand, it optimized the dispatch method to fix the practical problems about adjusting accuracy and executing speed. Those policies was proved to be very effective in practice.
