| 摘 要： | 电液控制塞阀是近年来应用于流化催化裂化装置的高新技术设备。该文阐述了催化裂化装置中电液控制塞阀阀体及电液执行机构的结构特点、自动控制原理和液压系统工作流程 ,并进行了电液控制塞阀和气动控制塞阀的应用比较。重点介绍了电液控制塞阀在开停工过程中立管的膨胀吸收及收缩补偿保护原理。

| Abstract: | Electro liquid control plug valve is the high and new technical equipment applied in FCC unit in recent years.The electro liquid control plug valve body,the structure feature of electroliquid actuating mechanism,the automatic control principle and the flow sheet of hydraulic system in FCC unit are mentioned.The applied situation of electro liquid control plug valve is compared to the pneumatic control plug valve.The protection principles of verticle pipe expansion absorption and contration compensation in the processing of starting and shutting down the electro liquid control plug valve are recommended emphatically. |
