血液灌流救治急性百草枯中毒的疗效观察

目的：观察血液灌流（HP）治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床效果，探讨其价值。方法：百草枯中毒患者22例，分为HP组14例和非HP组8例，均给予常规0．9％氯化钠溶液洗胃、20％甘露醇导泻、补液、对症等综合治疗，HP组在此基础上尽早给予HP治疗，对比观察2组的治疗效果。结果：HP组痊愈率、总有效率明显高于非HP组，有统计学意义（P〈0．01），中毒后6h内与6h后行HP者治愈率统计学意义（P〈0．01）；HP组ARDS和MOF发生率及病死率明显低于非HP组，有统计学意义（P〈0．01），存活病例平均住院时间明显低于非HP组，死亡病例平均生存时间明显高于非HP组，有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：HP是救治急性百草枯中毒的有效方法，尽早应用HP可明显提高急性百草枯中毒患者治愈率，降低死亡率、减少并发症，而且安全可靠，不良反应少。

Clinical curative effect observe of hemopurfusion in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning

Objective：To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion（HP） in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning. Method.. 22 patients with acute paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into HP group and control group. The treatment of the control group were stomach washed with 0.9% NaCL, catharsis, and other routine treatment. Hemopurfusion was used in HP group on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups Was observed. Result：The curative rate of HP group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）, the mortality and the incidence of ARDS or MOF of HP group were significantly lower than control group （ P〈0.01）. Meanwhile,we found that the curative rate of HP group applied within 6 hours was significantly effective compared with those applied after 6 hours （ P 〈0.01） . HP treatment can decrease the in-patient time of the survival case and prolong the survival time of dead cases （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Hemoperfusion can improve the curative rate of patients who suffered from acute paraquat poisoning,and reduce the death rate.
