氧疗方式和氧流量与鼻前庭氧分压变化的关系

摘    要:目的:观察不同吸氧方式和不同氧流量下鼻前庭氧分压变化,探讨合理用氧的客观依据。方法:收集10例健康志愿者使用鼻导管、普通面罩、储气面罩并且氧流量0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10L/min时鼻前庭处吸气相的气体,用Rapidlab 850血气分析仪检测氧分压以及二氧化碳分压值。结果:普通面罩和储气面罩较鼻导管相比,鼻前庭处氧分压值明显升高(P〈0.05)。氧流量≥4L/min,储气面罩较普通面罩鼻前庭处氧分压值明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论:普通面罩和储气面罩在氧利用较鼻导管有优势。在高浓度氧疗时,储气面罩较普通面罩更有优势。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the relationship between the style of oxygen therapy and oxygen flow rate and oxygen partial pressure of nasal vestibule, and to explore the reasonable clinical oxygen therapy. Method: The inspiratory phase gas in nasal fossa of 10 healthy volunteers with nasal catheter, common face mask and air reserve face mask were collected according to the oxygen flow rate varying from 0 to 10 L/min. Then, the partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide were measured by Rapidlab 850 blood gas analyzer. Result:Face mask had significant increased oxygen partial pressure than that of nasal catheter (P〈0.05). The oxygen partial pressure in nasal vestibule with air reserve face mask was much higher than that of common face mask when oxygen flow rate was 4 L/min or more (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The face mask is superior to the nasal catheter. When we need high oxy gen flow therapy, The air reserve face mask was better than the common face mask during the high concentration oxygen therapy.
