摘    要:针对永磁同步直线电机无传感器控制直线驱动系统中,速度和磁极位置难以快速准确估计的问题,提出了一种结合滑模观测器与模糊控制各自优点的模糊滑模观测器速度位置估计新方法。仿真结果表明,模糊滑模观测器能够在柔滑抖振和稳态误差之间找到平衡,保持系统的鲁棒性和控制精度,提高系统的响应速度。该观测器能够高速、精确地估计电机速度和磁极位置,实现高性能的永磁同步直线电机无速度传感器控制。

Abstract:In the direct drive system of sensorless control for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM), speed and posi- tion of the motor must be estimated quickly and rapidly. In order to solve the problem, a new solution to speed and position estimation is proposed for a PMLSM based on fuzzy sliding mode observer, which combines the advantages of sliding mode observer and fuzzy con- troller respectively. The simulation results show that fuzzy sliding mode observer is able to find a balance between soft chattering and steady-state error, keep the system robustness and control precision, and speed up the response speed of system. The observer can esti- mate motor speed and magnetic pole position precisely and rapidly. In result, high performance speed sensorless control of PMLSM can be achieved.
