含噻吩烃类在沸石上的裂化脱硫

摘    要:考察了不同的沸石催化剂,不同反应条件和不同的共反应烃类化合物对含噻吩烃类裂化脱硫的影响,结果表明,有利于氢转移反应的条件亦可促进含噻吩烃类的裂化脱硫,烃类化合物与噻吩间的双分子氢转移反应看来是裂化脱硫的可信的反应途径,四氢噻吩的形成与分解是该反应的关键步骤。

Abstract:The effect of different zeolites as catalysts, reaction conditions, and the type of hydrocarbons as co reactants on the cracking desulfurization of thiophene contained in hydrocarbons were investigated. Experimental results showed that the reaction conditions favoring the hydrogen transfer reaction also promoted the cracking desulfurizarion of thiophene. Hydrogen transfer through a bimolecular reaction between hydrocarbons and thiophene species seems to be the convincible reaction pathway for achieving desulfurization. The formation and decomposition of tetrahydrothiophene are the key steps in the reactions.
