摘    要:首次采用硫酸镓与阳离子交换树脂反应制备的改性离子交换树脂催化合成异丁酸异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂及催化剂重复使用性等因素对收率的影响。结果表明该催化剂具有催化活性高,易分离回收,后处理方便,重复使用性较好等优势。适宜反应条件下收率可达97.0%。

Synthesis of Isoamyl Isobutyrate Catalyzed by Modified Strong Acid Cation Ion Exchang Resin by Gallium Sulfate

Abstract:A new catalyst named modified strong acid cation ion exchang resin by gallium sulfate was prepared.Isobutyric acid and isoamyl alcohol reacted to form isoamyl isobutyrate with it. Experimental results showed that isobutyric acid 0.2mol,molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1.5,the catalyst 1.5g,reaction time 70min and toluene 5mL,the yield is 97.0%.It also has good reusability. When its being used seven times the yield can reach 77.2%.It was the efficient,economic and environmental friendly catalyst.
