| 摘 要： | 针对裂解气压缩机出现的振动异常情况。采用ENTRX在线监测系统，对其振动信号进行采集和处理，并由其频谱特性、相位特性以及轴心轨迹进行相应的故障诊断，初步实现设备的预测维修，以保证压缩机安全、可靠地工作。

| Abstract: | The signal of vibration on the pyrolysis gas compressor is collected and processed with the ENTRX on-line monitoring system. Depending on the spectrum character, the phase character and the locus of journal center, the fault diagnosis is made, and the prediction maintenance is applied, so as to ensure the compressor working safely and reliably. |
