| 摘 要： | 铝合金管材挤压时的内表面擦伤,是我国铝加工界的“老大难”问题之一。结合生产实际,按照擦伤缺陷的形貌和形成机制,将其归纳为：纵向直务状控伤、螺旋纹状擦伤、石墨压人、点状擦伤等四种形式,并分析了擦伤的危害。

| Abstract: | Inwall defect of aluminium alloy pipes during extrusion is one of the "old, big, difficult" questions. According to the shape and causation of the galling, the inwalls are classified as long straight banded galling, spiral galling, pressined graphite galling and spot galling. Its hazards are analyzed. |
