摘    要:煤中惰质组含量较高会影响煤的加工利用性能,煤岩组分分选是促进煤炭综合、高效利用的有效途径。以新疆煤为原料,用浮选槽对煤岩组分的富集和选别进行研究,并进行煤岩组分浮选富集的单因素和正交试验,并对浮选结果进行表征。结果表明:当进气量140 L/h、起泡剂0.08 g/L、捕收剂1.3 g/L、转速1 800 r/min、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵0.16 g/L时为最佳工艺条件,能较好地分选出壳质组和镜质组,此时浮物产率为64.35%,其中镜质组含量接近70%,比原煤中镜质组含量提高了将近34%。沉物中惰质组含量接近85%,比原煤中惰质组含量提高了近20%。

The test of separation and enrichment of Xinjiang coal maceral by flotation
Abstract:High content of vitrinite in the coal affects the using and processing of coal.The separation of coal maceral is an effective way to improve comprehensive and efficient coal utilization.This paper used Xinjiang coal as raw material to study the separation and enrichment of maceral in flotation cell,and accomplished a single factor and orthogonal test of flotation enrichment.The results show that Vitrinite and Exinite can be better separated from coal when amount of bubble,frothers,collectors,speed,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide are 140 L/h,0.08 g/L,1.3 g/L,1 800 r/min,0.16 g/L,respectively.The productivity of floats is 64.35%,the content of Vitrinite in floats is close to 70% which increases nearly 34% than that in the raw coal.The Vitrinite content in settlings is nearly 85%,which increases nearly 20% than that in the raw coal.
