煤和矸石的冲击式破碎分离试验

摘    要:利用冲击式破碎筛分装置,采用正交试验的方法研究煤矸硬度相对差值、物料冲击速度和冲击次数对丢煤率和混矸率的影响,并对试验结果进行了回归和方差分析。分析表明:丢煤率随煤矸硬度相对差值、物料冲击速度和冲击次数的增加而减小;混矸率随煤矸硬度相对差值的增大而减小,随物料冲击速度和冲击次数的增加而增大;物料的冲击速度和冲击次数对丢煤率的影响显著,煤矸硬度相对差值对丢煤率影响不显著;3个影响因素对混矸率影响都特别显著,且主次顺序为冲击速度、冲击次数、煤矸硬度相对差值。

Impactive crushing and separation experiment of coal and gangue
Abstract:The influence of relative difference of hardness of coal and gangue,impact speed and impact frequency of materials on the rate of lost coal and rate of mixed gangue was researched by orthogonal method using impactive crushing and separation machine.Regression analysis and variance analysis were taken on the experimental result.The result shows that the rate of lost coal reduces by the increase of relative difference of hardness,impact speed and impact frequency;rate of mixed gangue reduces by the increases of relative difference of hardness and increases by the increase of impact speed and impact frequency;the impact speed and frequency have a great effect on rate of lost coal,and the relative difference of hardness’s effect is not obvious;all the three factors have great effect on the rate of mixed gangue,and the primary and secondary order is impact speed,impact frequency and relative difference of gangue hardness.
