刻槽钻杆应用于突出煤层钻进的合理参数研究

摘    要:为充分发挥刻槽钻杆应用于突出煤层钻进的优势,分析了刻槽钻杆螺旋槽宽度、深度、螺距的变化对排渣效果的影响情况。建立Φ50刻槽钻杆煤层钻孔三维模型,对不同参数的刻槽钻杆在钻孔内的排渣情况进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:螺旋槽宽度为12 mm,深度为1.1 mm,螺距为 76 mm ,排渣效果最优;通过突出煤层钻进工业性试验,钻进深度平均提高36.2%,钻进效率提高41.5%,且刻槽钻杆表面温差较小。

Reasonable parameters study on grooved drill pipe used in drilling outburst coal seam
Abstract:In order to give full play to the advantage of the grooved drill pipe used in outburst coal seam,analyzed the effect of changes of spiral channel width,depth and pitch of grooved drill pipe on the slag removal.Established coal seam drilling three dimensional model forΦ50 grooved drill pipe,carried on a numerical simulation for the grooved drill pipe slag removal situation in drilling.The results of study show that when the spiral channel width L =12 mm,depth H =1.1 mm,pitch S =76 mm,the slag removal result is optimal.Through the industrial experiment in outburst coal seam,the depth of drilling improves by 36.2% on average,the efficiency of drilling improves by 41.5%,and the difference in temperature is smaller on the surface of grooved drill pipe.
