深井巷道围岩锚固体流变控制力学解析

摘    要:围岩流变是深井巷道变形破坏的主要特征,通过相似材料无锚体及锚固体蠕变实验,得出了锚固体蠕变特征及控制模式,建立了深井巷道围岩锚固体流变控制力学模型,分析了各因素对围岩锚固体流变稳定性的影响,确定了基本锚杆支护参数,最后进行了工程算例与实测对比。结果表明:锚固体流变的基本特征有别于无锚岩体,不仅表现出锚固体位移比无锚岩体位移小,而且锚固体呈现等速蠕变阶段时间长及蠕变应力水平高的特点,且锚固体存在明显的蠕变二阶段(主要)或三阶段(次要)特征;巷道围岩锚固体流变稳定性主要与围岩所处应力水平、锚固厚度、断面尺寸及加锚弹性模量有关;合理的锚杆支护参数能够实现巷道围岩锚固体流变稳定,实测数据与理论计算较为吻合,巷道支护效果显著。

Rheological control mechanical analyticity of surrounding rock anchorage body in deep roadway
Abstract:Surrounding rock rheology is the main characteristic of deep roadway deformation failure.Through creep experiment of similar material no-anchorage and anchorage specimen,creep characteristics and control mode of anchorage body were obtained,rheological control mechanical model was established and all factor influence on rheological stability of surrounding rock anchorage body in deep roadway was analyzed,determines basic bolting parameters were determined,and engineering example and test comparison were carried out finally.The results show that basic characteristics of anchorage body rheology is different from no-anchorage body,which show that not only anchorage body displacement smaller than no-anchorage body,but also anchorage body longer creep steady stage and need high stress level when creeping,and presents obvious two-stage(primary)or three-stage(secondary)creep characteristic.Surrounding anchorage body rheological stability is mainly related to stress level,anchorage thickness,roadway section,and imposed elasticity modulus of roadway surrounding rock.Reasonable bolting parameters can implement rheological stability of surrounding anchorage body;the theoretical calculation results tally with those of measured data,and roadway support effect is significant.
